The Samsung Galaxy S3 users had been awaiting the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for their smartphones since a long time. Now, reports are suggesting that UK networks have finally started to roll out Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S3 phones. The latest report is that O2 has started offering the Jelly Bean update for their galaxy S3 users from today.
Our sources in the UK have confirmed that the Three network was the first network to release the Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S3 users. They had started to provide the update from yesterday and the newest to join them today is the O2 network. The O2 community forum had confirmed this news yesterday by posting about the update release. The popularity of the Samsung Galaxy S3 has made it one of the best mobile phones in the world and having the buttery smooth Jelly Bean OS is going to enhance it more.
Apart from O2, Vodafone has also posted on its forum that they are going to start providing the Jelly Bean update from Monday. This is great news for all Samsung Galaxy S3 users in the UK. We had tried to contact the Orange and T-Mobile networks but they have just said that they will be releasing the Jelly Bean update soon. They are expected to start providing the update for the Galaxy S3 in the coming weeks.
